Tata NANO

Even though cars are not part of our website theme, we are taking the liberty to publish this product as it contains Nano in it and the product is touted to be a stylish yet much cheaper car compared to the competitors.

This stylish Indian Tata Nano car is around $2,500. As the USD has fallen relative to the Indian Rupee in the last one year, the price of this car, which is about 1 lakh Rupees (100,000 Rupees) comes to about $2,500 USD. Otherwise, it would have been only around $2,000.

So, why did Tata chose to name this product line as Nano? Due to the success of the "iPod Nano"? Due to the fact that these cars are compact? Got anything to do with Nano Technology? Or "Nano" is just a cool word these days? Whatever, the reason be, this stylish car definitely raises the bar in price. Hope it lives up to durability, reliability and safety!
